Refund policy

  • Exchanges are facilitated for minor preferential differences such as the Colour and Size of an item purchased.
  • Inquiries for exchanges must be made within 5 days of receiving the product(s), along with the relevant invoice(s).
  • Products to be exchanged must be in its original fully resellable condition and not used, damaged or washed, along with all the tags (price tags, wash tags and brand labels, etc) 
  • Refunds are made in store-credit, if the item(s) ordered is/are defected or not upto the standard.
  • No cash/cheque refunds are made under any circumstance.
  • Kindly note that the delivery costs for all exchanges should be borne by the customer.

GOODS OUTLINES BELOW CAN’T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AFTER PURCHASE

  • Special orders made for customer specifications
  • Lingerie , undergarments and socks due to hygiene reasons
  • Products on special promotions and discounted prices.
  • Products that are used, damaged and/or washed.

Please be informed that Astroid reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the above conditions are not met.
